Versatile and innovative 98 dose RDT (Rapid Dissolve Tablet) and troche compounding system enabling high efficiency and regulation compliant prescription compounding.

The X-TABB™ Mini Rapid Dissolve Tablet & Troche System (US) was developed by SpecializedRx to increase efficiency, control, containment, and compliance (USP <800>) for compounding for oral dose prescriptions.  This system can easily be used under a containment hood while compounding RDTs without the need for use of a convection oven. 

Base heating plate constructed of rigid, coated, precision machined aluminum with stainless steel hardware to offer years of trouble-free use. 120V (750W) heating platform with digital controller, standard US 2-prong plug.  International electrical platforms also available upon request.  Operating temperatures from 0 to 260C (500F) with adjustable accuracy to 1.0 and 0.1 degree, timer function and adjustable audible temperature alarm.  Temperature can set to maintain a specific plate temperature and can be configured for either Celsius or Fahrenheit.  

Fast and even heating – heats up to 60C in 30 seconds

Constructed of durable and lightweight aluminum hard coated with the latest US FDA and EU compliant non-stick technology.  Hard coating resists scratches and reasonable wear for years of trouble-free use.  Aluminum is ideal material for conducting heat quickly and evenly as well as fast cooling times allowing the compounder to quickly and efficiently increase cycle times between compounding events.

Compounding Troches:

Cleaning: Separate all plates before cleaning.  Recommend hand cleaning using a mild detergent – Recommend using Relianox™ Critical Cleaning Liquid Detergent (SKU# P3023).
