What is the lead time for USA Stock?
Place your order before 3pm Friday to receive USA Stock items the following week. For all other orders, our friendly customer service team will contact you with a lead time once your order is placed.
What happens if there are two expiry dates available on the website?
The shorter date will be sold at the special price advertised online.
Do you price match or provide bulk quantities?
At Compounding Chemicals, we offer low and competitive prices. If you receive a quote with a lower price than ours, contact our sales team with details of the chemical (product name and code, CAS number) and our team will assist you.

How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $200 receive free shipping.
For all orders under $200, shipping fees apply:
- New South Wales, South Australia, Victoria and ACT = $35
- Queensland, Northern Territory, Tasmania and Western Australia = $45

Do you provide expiry dates and Certificates of Analysis?
Compounding Chemicals is a TGA licenced supplier. We ship all chemicals with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and adequate / long expiry on all material. If material is short dated, our customer service team will contact you prior to shipping to confirm. Most items have the expiry date and Certificate of Analysis available on our website for your convenience.
