Feton Enteric Coater 20
Enteric coater kit for manually covering 20 capsules at a time with an enteric solution, making them gastro-resistant.

Capsule Size Options:

Use Instructions:
- Fill and close capsules.

Push capsules into the holes in the coating plate, all in the same
direction. - Fill the rubber box with enteric solution (adjust the level depending on the
size of capsules used). - Soak the capsules in the solution, ensuring that they are immersed above
the joint formed by the bottom and top of the capsule. Drain the capsules. - While keeping the capsules facing down, place the coating plate on the
Support and allow to dry for 10 minutes. - Repeat steps 3 to 5 once more to obtain two layers of coating.
- Once dry, place the Capsules with the provided support so that the half
that is not yet covered with enteric solution is ejected. You may also need to
push them a little further by hand depending on the capsule size. - The capsules are now gastro-resistant.
Cleaning Instructions:
For easier cleaning, soak the parts in contact with the solution in warm water before the solution hardens. If this does not work, soak the parts in a solution containing 10% sodium bicarbonate and warm water.

Compounding Chemicals is a TGA licenced supplier. We ship all chemicals with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and adequate / long expiry on all material. If material is short dated, our customer service team will contact you prior to shipping to confirm. Most items have the expiry date and Certificate of Analysis available on our website for your convenience.
