Supposi-Plex™ V65 Emulsifying Suppository Base
Supposi-Plex™ V65 is a unique emulsifying suppository and ovule base formulated primarily for vaginal compounding for female hormones and vasodilators but also suitable for rectal applications. Commonly used to help enhance dispersibility and absorption by better wetting of mucosae for incorporation of oil soluble and water-soluble medications. Supposi-Plex™ V65 reduces the feeling of dryness and improves the sensory profile lacking in other vaginal suppository bases.
A white pellet or granular form suppository and ovule base that is derived primarily from glycerides of plant origins. Stable at room temperature, non-irritating with a long history of use in pharmaceutical applications worldwide. Mold lubrication not required.
Melting range 33 to 35°C (91 to 95°F).
**During summer months, it is recommended to ship suppository bases expedited due to the melting temperature of the product.

Do you provide expiry dates and Certificates of Analysis?
Compounding Chemicals is a TGA licenced supplier. We ship all chemicals with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and adequate / long expiry on all material. If material is short dated, our customer service team will contact you prior to shipping to confirm. Most items have the expiry date and Certificate of Analysis available on our website for your convenience.
